Meier Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to drive growth in supplemental insurance through B2B outreach and client education. You will build relationships and manage accounts, supported by comprehensive training and a performance-based compensation plan.

You’ll participate in ongoing training, have access to weekly draw pay, and earn commissions and bonuses as you expand your book of business. This full-time role is in-person with a focus on Missouri markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional (post-high school) work experience.
• Willingness to obtain or hold an insurance license (Health & Life).
• Comfort with business-to-business sales and insurance concepts.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct B2B cold calls and meetings to educate potential clients on supplemental insurance.
• Build and maintain relationships, providing exceptional service and growing your book of business.
• Update reports and records to track progress toward sales goals.
• Tailor client profiles and strategies to meet individual needs.
• Stay informed on insurance policy changes to recommend appropriate programs.
