Qualifications

• Licensed health & life producer or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain insurance options clearly.

Responsibilities

• Sell to business clients and educate them on supplemental insurance benefits.
• Build and maintain client relationships and grow the book of business.
• Update reports and stay aligned with monthly sales goals.
• Conduct meetings with clients to present suitable policies and solutions.
