Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional sales experience.
• Willingness to learn about the insurance industry and regulations that may impact policyholders.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be licensed or willing to obtain Health & Life license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct B2B cold calls and educate clients on supplemental insurance.
• Build and maintain relationships to grow your book of business.
• Update reports and sales data to track progress toward monthly sales goals.
• Tailor risk management strategies to each client.
• Stay informed on changes to insurance policies and regulations.
• Implement marketing strategies including cold calling and networking.
• Meet with new and potential clients to present suitable policies.
