Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join the Firestone Complete Auto Care team. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems and perform routine maintenance as part of a collaborative crew in a fast-paced store environment.

Starting day one, you’ll receive benefits with a path toward ASE certifications, plus possible on-the-job training and daily pay options, all while helping customers stay safe and mobile through tire and vehicle

Qualifications

• No formal education required; ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Install and perform tire maintenance, install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
