Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry-level role supports a fast-paced automotive service team, performing basic diagnostics, routine maintenance, and tire services.

You will work with a friendly crew, receive day-one benefits, and have opportunities for ASE certification through company programs. The position emphasizes safety, reliability, and quality service, with on-site work and a structured training path

Qualifications

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems and components.
• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes and tire care.
• Install and service batteries and suspension components.
• Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and safety.
