Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an entry-level position that supports a busy service team at Firestone Complete Auto Care locations. You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, handle routine maintenance, tire work, and be part of a safety-focused, customer-service oriented team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
