Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Maintenance Technician at Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry‑level role supports a strong service team by diagnosing and repairing basic vehicle systems, including brakes, suspensions, cooling, and electrical components.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems (brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, electrical).
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries and shock absorbers and inspect electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
