Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join the Firestone Complete Auto Care team. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform routine maintenance, and install tires, batteries, and shocks while driving customer and company vehicles as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Reading, writing, and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries and shock absorbers; check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
