Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join the Firestone Complete Auto Care team. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems and perform scheduled maintenance, tire work, and inspections. Full and part-time benefits start from day one and compensation meets minimum wage requirements.

The role emphasizes learning, safety, and professional growth within a supportive team, with opportunities for ASE certifications and ongoing training.

Qualifications

Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive issues including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
Install and perform tire maintenance.
Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
Road test vehicles.
