Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Firestone Complete Auto Care team. This entry level position supports a high-performing service crew and offers full/part-time benefits from day one, including tool program discounts and ongoing training.

Responsibilities include diagnosing basic automotive systems, performing maintenance, tire work, and road testing vehicles, with growth opportunities in ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
