Responsibilities

• Generate repair orders for customers.
• Dispatch jobs to the appropriate technician.
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies and labor.
• Calculate customer payments including deductibles.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
• Arrange towing and temporary transportation when needed.
• Answer calls to address concerns and set future service visits.
• Update customers on service status and progress.
