Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a proactive Business Support Specialist in Lancaster, PA to assist users of in-house applications and maintain system operations.

You will respond to inquiries, implement admin changes, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues, while documenting processes and training end-users as needed. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to learn new software quickly.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a systems support role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational, troubleshooting and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to learn new software functionality and systems.
• Understanding of business process flow and design.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve user inquiries for in-house applications.
• Monitor and manage administrative changes within the system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Document support processes, FAQs and system updates.
• Provide end-user training on applications as needed.
• Identify recurring issues and work with development to improve UX.
• Manage user accounts and system configuration adjustments.
• Stay up to date with application updates to ensure continuous improvement.
