Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Lancaster, PA is hiring for a full-time role handling client sample entry, project coordination, and documentation. You will log samples into LIMS, assign testing, and ensure accuracy and speed while maintaining file integrity.

The position requires a high school diploma and US work authorization, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule (no remote work) and potential travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Enter client samples into the computer system and manage large projects.
• Maintain client files and deliver rush samples with high quality.
• Log samples into LIMS and assign testing via the submission form.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and storage of samples.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate with project managers.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures.
