Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a proactive Business Support Specialist to assist users of our in-house applications and ensure smooth operation. You will monitor administrative changes and serve as the primary contact for technical and application-related support.

You will work with cross-functional teams, document processes, provide end-user training, and help resolve recurring issues with the development team.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in life sciences, CS, or related field.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience in systems or applications support preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be essential in providing assistance to users, solving inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of in-house developed applications. The ideal candidate will be able to monitor and implement necessary administrative changes within the system and serve as a primary point of contact for technical and application-related support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve user inquiries, providing timely support for in-house applications.
• Monitor and manage administrative changes within the system to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the applications.
• Assist in the documentation of support processes, FAQs, and system updates.
• Provide end-user training and guidance on the proper use of applications when needed.
• Identify recurring issues and collaborate with the development team to improve the user experience.
• Assist in user account management and system configuration adjustments.
• Stay up to date with application updates and changes to ensure continuous system improvement.

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates degree in life sciences, computer science, or another related science or engineering curriculum
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Position is Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with additional hours, as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA
