Responsibilities

• Provide software application support and troubleshooting to users and work with IT professionals to deliver new user requirements and features of existing applications
• Provide business process support by analyzing and recommending solutions to business processes to improve overall business performance
• Ensure proper integration and optimization across related systems
• Understand business process flow and design
• Suggest areas for business process improvement
• Develop solutions to meet new requirements
• Work with internal customers, providing timely applications support and troubleshooting
• Act as liaison between application users and Information Technology professionals
• Evaluate practices and processes to ensure applications fit client needs
• Manage competing requests and track varying stakeholder needs
• Drive IT related company initiatives and projects to successful completion

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the US without immediate or future sponsorship
• At least one year of process improvement experience
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, computer science, or another related science or engineering curriculum preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to focus on the big picture as well as be detail-oriented
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Ability to learn new software functionality and systems

Additional Information

Role is Full-Time, First Shift, 8am-5pm M-F plus overtime may be required when necessary. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
