Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Lancaster, PA is seeking an Entry Level Laboratory Systems Specialist to develop and maintain tools that automate data collection, organization, and reporting in a regulated lab setting.

You will work with laboratory and quality teams to implement data management solutions, assist with software validation, and ensure data integrity across systems while gaining exposure to QA processes and validation documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related scientific discipline.
• Exposure to programming through coursework, internships, projects, or professional experience.
• Good knowledge of Visual Basic, VBA, or another programming language.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom spreadsheets and automated tools to support laboratory data processing and reporting.
• Collaborate with laboratory and quality teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support the configuration, testing, and implementation of data management solutions.
• Assist in creating and executing software validation documentation, including URS, FRS, IQ/OQ, and UAT protocols.
• Review automated spreadsheets and tools to ensure compliance with validation and quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot existing applications, implement updates, and support end users as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Learn and apply industry best practices related to laboratory informatics, data integrity, and GxP compliance.
