Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a proactive Business Support Specialist to assist users of our in-house applications and ensure smooth operation. You will monitor administrative changes and serve as the primary contact for technical and application-related support.

You will work with cross-functional teams, document processes, provide end-user training, and help resolve recurring issues with the development team.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in life sciences, CS, or related field.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience in systems or applications support preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve user inquiries for in-house applications.
• Monitor and manage administrative changes in the system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Document support processes, FAQs, and system updates.
• Provide end-user training and guidance on applications.
• Identify recurring issues and work with developers to improve UX.
• Assist in user account management and system configuration.
• Stay updated with application updates for continuous improvement.
