City Personnel is hiring a Junior Account Manager for a Northern RI manufacturing client. The role focuses on processing parts orders, coordinating repairs/returns, and maintaining clear customer communication with the corporate office.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 50 lbs when needed, and may have SAP exposure. This is a permanent, on-site position with salary range of $50,000–$52,000 plus benefits and potential bonus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency including MS Outlook and Teams; SAP experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through on open requests.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Flexible and dependable, especially around scheduled on-call and after-hours coverage.
• Ability to occasionally lift to 50 lbs and perform light physical tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Process parts and retrofit orders received by email or phone, tracking outstanding offers and orders through to completion.
• Coordinate repairs and returns, keeping documentation accurate and following up consistently with customers and internal teams.
• Communicate directly with customers and the corporate office to resolve parts-related questions and requests.
• Pick, pack, and arrange shipments via UPS, FedEx, and other carriers as needed.
