Job summary

TruArc Health is seeking a Junior Account Manager in Orange, CA to support provider accounts, coordinate specimen logistics, and assist with day-to-day client requests. You will learn the clinical lab space and work under senior team members to develop client-facing competencies.

The role emphasizes CRM accuracy, collaboration with operations and billing, and learning requisition processes with a view toward independent account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, client support, or an entry-level account/sales role is a plus.
• Clinical laboratory experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and motivated to grow into an independent Account Manager role.
• Interest in inside sales and client retention over time.

Responsibilities

• Shadow senior Account Managers on provider visits and ride-alongs.
• Assist with day-to-day client requests, supply orders, and logistics.
• Coordinate specimen pickup and other field activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs.
• Collaborate with lab, operations, billing, and compliance teams.
• Educate providers on sample collection and requisition processes.
