This full-time role involves acting as the primary contact for healthcare providers, ensuring optimal client support throughout the lifecycle of lab services. The successful candidate will have a background in laboratory workflows, excellent communication skills, and experience in relationship management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory or healthcare organization.
• Understanding of laboratory workflows including specimen collection and reporting.
• Experience supporting physician offices or treatment centers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned provider accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and healthcare organizations.
• Support new client onboarding and ensure seamless implementation of laboratory services.
• Monitor turnaround times and client performance metrics.
