Job summary

TruArc Health is seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our field-based client service team. You will support provider accounts, coordinate specimen logistics, and learn the clinical laboratory space under guidance from senior staff.

You will build CRM proficiency, participate in ongoing training, and collaborate with lab, operations, and billing teams to ensure responsive, compliant service and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service or an entry-level account/sales role is a plus; clinical laboratory experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with a professional and personable demeanor.
• Coachability and willingness to grow into an independent Account Manager.
• Sales acumen with an interest in client retention and growth over time.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel locally for provider visits with occasional out-of-area travel.

Responsibilities

• Shadow senior Account Managers on provider visits and ride-alongs.
• Support day-to-day account activities including supply orders and specimen pickup coordination.
• Learn Gnosis's full test services offerings and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs.
• Collaborate with lab, operations, billing, and compliance to assist with client requests.
• Conduct provider education on sample collection and requisition processes.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams to flag account needs or potential issues.
