Job summary

Mural Group in Phoenix, AZ (hybrid) is hiring an entry-level sales AE to join a venture-backed healthcare staffing marketplace. Structured training and a fast path from Junior AE to AE to Senior AE are offered.

You will make 80+ outbound calls daily, run demos and close new business against monthly targets, and manage your pipeline in the CRM. This role offers hybrid work and clear progression to senior levels.

Pay: $70,000–$100,000 OTE ($50,000 base + variable)
