Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of NCVIP processes and related development methods.
• Knowledge of DAC/DCS goals, objectives and policy.
• Knowledge of NC General Statutes, Post-release Supervision and Parole Commission.
• Experience with case planning, structured intervention worksheets, and delegated authority.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Lead interviewer for vacant positions and supervise CPPOs and clerical staff.
• Audit CPPOs and train new CPPOs, assign cases and coordinate workflow.
• Manage disciplinary, dispute, and performance issues; conduct internal investigations.
• Prepare reports including firearm inspections and inventory.
