Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience leading a team.
• 3-5 years in corporate security or GSOC environments.
• Strong analytic, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to define ambiguity and work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open-source intelligence monitoring and threat research updates.
• Lead the team during ongoing incidents when no supervisor is on duty.
• Oversee operations as primary contact when supervisor absent.
• Quality assurance of incident alerts and products before client delivery.
• Coordinate and conduct regular shift training (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Lead day-to-day operations for the assigned shift and JSOC team.
• Maintain current records supporting the Watch Commander.
• Back-fill Watch Commander or JSOC FTE Manager when needed.
• Communicate incident information to leadership and stakeholders.
• Produce and review incident reports.
• Support JSOC specialists and operators during crises and non-crises.
