Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Shift Lead to support a high-profile client. You will oversee GSOC operations, manage a team, monitor security systems, and coordinate incident response, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years of verifiable security experience.
• Minimum of two years of Global Security Operations Center experience.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations within the GSOC and ensure procedures are followed.
• Coordinate GSOC team activities during shifts, monitor security systems and incidents.
• Update operator schedules and notify account managers of uncovered posts.
• Ensure compliance with laws, client regulations and SOPs.
• Conduct audits to identify improvements and ensure training completion for new hires.
• Lead incident response and coordinate with emergency services when needed.
• Document, analyze, and report all incidents promptly.
