Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in asset management, corporate employee service operations, or project management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Preferred experience or understanding of product management and enterprise SaaS product support.
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support CR2 (Common Resource Registry) and MMS (Managed Mobility Service) for internal customers and users.
• Coordinate with system teams to ensure smooth, stable, and efficient service operations.
• Identify and document market needs, translating insights into product features in partnership with engineering teams.
• Gather and assess product and market data through interactions with sales, customer success teams, and end users.
• Create, update, and maintain solution documentation, including user manuals, marketing materials, and operational reports.

Jr. Solution Business AnalystPosition Summary:WE are looking for a talented solution business support who is passionate about creating a seamless experience for enterprises with innovating IT solutions. The ideal candidate is self-driven, takes complete ownership and is responsible for efficient operation of Common Resource Management, or Space Management Solution for corporate IT asset.
