10 BTI Solutions, Inc. seeks a Korean bilingual System Admin & Service Desk specialist to support Jira/MSP+/Web Systems, perform data analysis, and drive AI-assisted development. You will work with US-based teams and Korea HQ, managing access, configuring workflows, and addressing system issues.
Fluent English and Korean are required to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders, while contributing to continuous process improvements within an Agile environment.
Perform basic to intermediate system administration tasks, including User and access management
System configuration: Workflow and process maintenance, Issue investigation and escalation
Ability to leverage prompt engineering techniques to create, optimize, and maintain AI-assisted workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Service Desk / Help Desk Operations, IT Operations or Application Support, System Administration.
Experience supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively with both U.S.-based teams and Korea-based Headquarters.
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean in order to communicate or make presentation for the clients.
Experience with Jira or other ticketing/workflow management systems preferred.
Understanding of web-based applications and system integrations.
Experience building lightweight automation solutions using AI-assisted development ("Vibe Coding"), low-code/no-code platforms, scripting, or similar technologies.
