Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on experience in audiovisual systems support or related field.
• Working knowledge of Polycom conferencing systems (hardware and software).
• Familiarity with Crestron Toolbox, control processors, and touch panel interfaces.
• Understanding of networked AV systems, signal flow, and common troubleshooting tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in NYC and travel to nearby client locations as needed.

This role is fully onsite and best suited for someone polished, proactive, and experienced supporting executive‑level users.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in audiovisual systems support or a related field.

• Familiarity with Crestron Toolbox, control processors, and touch panel interfaces.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Crestron Certified Programmer or Technician certification.
• Experience with Cisco, Biamp, Q‑SYS, or Shure DSP systems
