Job summary

MillerKnoll in Zeeland, MI is seeking a skilled maintenance technician with a MI Journeyman Card to support production equipment. The role requires reading blueprints, performing mechanical/electrical work, and mentoring others.

Shift is 3rd (11pm–7am) with a pay rate of $35–$44 per hour, and eligibility for HazMat certification depending on assignment. Responsibilities include machine setup, design improvements, safety compliance, and collaboration with Engineering, Production, and Quality

Qualifications

• Journeyman card required in Michigan.
• High school diploma or equivalent and competency in blueprints and manuals.
• Valid driver's license is necessary.
• Ability to obtain additional operator licenses ( forklift, aerial platform).

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment and machines.
• Design, assemble and fabricate equipment as needed.
• Assist in plant layout and machine changeovers.
• Document repairs, PMs, and safety procedures.
• Mentor apprentices and coworkers as directed.
