MillerKnoll, Inc. in Zeeland, MI is seeking a skilled maintenance technician responsible for the upkeep of production equipment to support manufacturing operations. The role involves design input, installation, and ongoing troubleshooting to improve reliability and efficiency.

This position requires a MI State Journeyman Card, safety training, and ability to work third shift (11pm–7am). Pay ranges from $35 to $44 per hour, with overtime as needed to meet customer requests.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints, manuals and schematics.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain Herman Miller, Inc., Forklift or Equipment Operator licenses.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic understanding.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of employees and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Maintain production equipment/machinery to support manufacturing operations.
• Participate in machine/process design and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines.
• Inspect, adjust, program, repair machinery and related systems.
• Mentor apprentices and co-workers as directed.
