Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician in manufacturing.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems.
• Ability to read electrical/engineering blueprints and drawings.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep machines and facilities in top condition.
• Inspect, operate, or test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Diagnose mechanical problems from blueprints and manuals and determine corrective actions.
• Use hand and power tools, meters, and testing devices for repairs.
• Repair electrical systems and manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
• Read engineering drawings to perform required tasks.
• Utilize CMMS for maintenance tracking and documentation.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety regulations and assist with additional duties as assigned.
