Job summary

Johnson Controls Inc. seeks skilled HVAC Technicians to service air cooled and water cooled chillers, industrial chillers, AHUs and large roof-top units. You’ll participate in startup, commissioning, and aftermarket service, provide solutions to improve efficiency, and quote projects.

Travel 10–20% for startup and service support, with union-aligned compensation and safety emphasis. Tools, uniforms, and a company vehicle are provided.

Qualifications

• Member of the United Association required or able to join.
• Experience with air/water-cooled chillers and industrial chillers.
• Strong HVAC/mechanical troubleshooting and retrofit leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and perform startup, commissioning and aftermarket service for chillers and AHUs.
• Provide quotes and solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently.
• Travel 10–20% to support branch customers and training activities.
• Lead on-the-job training and classroom sessions for technicians.
