TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking skilled operators to perform heavy equipment tasks for road maintenance and related projects. You will load, grade, and move materials while ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong tool proficiency, and the ability to follow instructions. The role requires outdoor work, overtime, and readiness for varied weather conditions.

Formación

• Strong communication and ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Proficient use of electrical, hand, power, layout and measurement tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent and practical experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a variety of vehicles and heavy equipment for maintenance and road work.
• Load and grade materials, and assist in concrete and roadwork tasks.
• Inspect and maintain equipment, fluids, and lubrication.
• Instruct and assist team members in safe operation of equipment and tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
