TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to support road maintenance and construction projects in Texas. You will operate a variety of heavy machinery, load and move materials, and help ensure safe, efficient operations on challenging sites.

Responsibilities include routine equipment maintenance, following safety protocols, and training junior crew members as needed. The role requires physical stamina and flexibility to work irregular hours and outdoor conditions.

Qualificações

• May require a high school diploma or equivalent with prior field experience.
• Ability to understand and transmit written and oral instructions to management/supervision.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools and perform routine maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Operate vehicles and heavy equipment to maintain roads and rights-of-way.
• Load gravel, dirt, and sand; smooth and grade roads; spread rock and gravel.
• Trench and construct ditches for culverts and pipes; remove debris.
• Check and maintain fluid levels and lubrication on equipment.
• Instruct and train employees in safe operation and techniques.
• Inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify defects.
