TIC invites experienced equipment operators to join our field teams in Louisiana. You will operate a variety of heavy machines to excavate, load, grade, and lay out road improvements, ensuring work aligns with project plans and safety standards.

The role requires ability to work outdoors in changing weather, follow written and oral instructions, and train others in proper operation. Candidates should meet pre-employment screenings and be prepared for overtime on demanding sites.

Competenze

• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests.
• Ability to work in varied weather on construction sites.
• Able to read and transmit written and oral instructions.
• Experience with loading, hauling, and road maintenance a plus.
• Able to operate and train others in equipment.

Mansioni

• Operate power construction equipment to excavate, move and grade material.
• Load gravel, dirt, and sand and spread rock and gravel.
• Trench and construct ditches for pipes; remove silt and debris.
• Inspect equipment and perform routine maintenance and checks.
• Train employees in safe operation and job techniques.
• Inspect subordinate's work for compliance and take corrective action.
• Estimate sizes, distances, and quantities for a work activity.
• Ensure compliance with contract plans and safety rules.
