TIC – The Industrial Company is seeking skilled operators to operate power construction equipment to excavate, move and grade material on heavy construction sites. The role requires safe operation and maintenance of equipment, as well as the ability to follow written and oral instructions from supervisors.

Responsibilities include loading, hauling and dumping on varied surfaces, trenching for utilities, and ensuring fluid levels and tool safety.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required along with years of field experience.
• Strong working knowledge and abilities for the position.
• Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions and communicate with management.
• Proficient in safe and efficient use of electrical, hand, power, and layout tools as well as measurement tools.

Responsabilidades

• Operate vehicles and large heavy equipment to excavate, move and grade material.
• Load gravel, dirt and sand; smooth and grade roads; spread rock and gravel.
• Trench and construct ditches for culverts, water pipes and sewer pipes; remove silt and debris.
• Check and maintain all fluid levels and lubrication on equipment.
