• Preferred orthopedic joint replacement or similar surgical device sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Joint Replacement Sales team to meet revenue and market-share targets.
• Analyze market trends and create data-driven territory plans.
• Build relationships with surgeons, hospital staff and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and clinical support to align priorities.
• Manage sales budgets and pricing strategies, monitor expenses and discounts.
• Provide hands-on support in operating rooms during cases and key accounts.
• Forecast using CRM data and monitor progress to implement improvements.
• Promote ethical, customer-focused sales practices.
