Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for Joint Replacement in Columbia, MO. The role supports field-based sales activities, conducts product evaluations in OR and office settings, and helps develop the territory while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will learn selling skills with coaching from experienced team members and may be on call after hours to address urgent technical needs. A degree or medical certification with relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Associate degree or medical certification with 2+ years related experience.
• High school diploma with 4+ years related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Assist confident, competitive and results-driven salespeople in promoting and selling Stryker products.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Assist with business development, track territory progress, and communicate with Sales Reps.
• Resolve product issues on-site and educate medical staff.
• Provide exceptional service to customers.
• Maintain sample inventory with strong time management.
• Build lasting client relationships with key stakeholders.
• Learn selling skills through coaching from Joint Replacement Sales Reps and Managers.
• On-call duties evenings, weekends, and holidays as territory needs dictate.
