Stryker Associate Sales Representative (Joint Replacement) position in Virginia is part of a sales team focused on growth in OR and office settings. You will assist senior sales staff, support product promotions, and help deliver exceptional service to healthcare providers.

You’ll participate in product evaluations, territory tracking, and ongoing training to build skills while supporting sales targets and patient outcomes. A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree or Medical Certification with 2 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma with 4 years of related experience.
• Minimum 4 years of active-duty military service.
• Fluency in written and spoken English required.

Responsibilities

• Assist confident, competitive and results oriented salespeople in promoting and selling Stryker products.
• Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room (OR) and office settings.
• Assist with business development activities, track territory progress and communicate effectively with Sales Representatives.
• Solve product problems onsite and educate medical staff.
• Provide exceptional service to customers.
• Maintain sample inventory with strong time management.
• Build lasting client relationships with key stakeholders.
• Learn or hone selling skills and process through coaching/mentoring support from Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers.
• On-call duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as determined by territory needs, to address urgent technical needs and ensure continuous customer support.
• Complete required trainings and certifications to maintain product expertise and readiness.
