Job summary

Southern Air NOLA is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Installer to join our growing installation team. Installers are paid hourly or by piece rate, with uncapped pay potential and strong benefits.

You will install HVAC equipment per safety rules and manufacturer specs, pre-measure sites, document all work, and participate in safety training. Requires 1–5 years of HVAC installation experience, a trade school certification, and a valid driver's license with a clean record. In-person, full-time role.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years HVAC installation experience required.
• HVAC degree or equivalent with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing client questions and issues.
• Pre-measure job sites to properly prepare for installation.
• Properly connect equipment.
• Document all calls and jobs as required by the company.
• Participate in safety training and follow safety policies.
