Job summary

Southern Air of Mississippi is seeking a dedicated HVAC installer to join our team in McComb, MS. Installers are paid hourly or by piece rate, with uncapped pay potential and a strong emphasis on training and growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of HVAC installation experience, a HVAC degree or equivalent certification, a valid driver’s license with clean MVR, and the ability to handle heavy equipment. EPA Type II certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years HVAC installation experience preferred.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have.
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation.
• Properly connect equipment and document all calls/jobs to company requirements.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
