Southern Air of NOLA is seeking a motivated candidate to join the HVAC Install team. You will train hands-on in residential and light commercial installation, assisting with parts, tools, and installation at job sites.

Ideal candidates are hard-working, mechanically inclined, with HVAC experience and a strong customer-service mindset. Opportunity for growth and full benefits accompany a full-time role in Kenner, LA.

Responsibilities

• Work with skilled installers on residential and light commercial HVAC projects.
• Assist with parts, tools, delivery and installation at the job site.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist in installing HVAC equipment according to safety and manufacturer specs.
• Support team to ensure timely, quality installations.

What you will do:

• Work side-by-side the BEST installers in the industry!
• Receive hands-on-training in residential and light commercial HVAC installation
• Assist with parts, tools, delivery, installation at job site
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Assist to install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
