Job summary

Southern Air Baton Rouge is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Installer to join our growing installation team. Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements and manufacturer specs, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You should have 1–5 years of HVAC installation experience, an HVAC degree or equivalent certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to handle heavy equipment. This is an in-person role with full-time hours and a strong earning potential through uncapped

• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing questions or issues.
• Pre-measure job sites to properly prepare for installation.
• Properly connect equipment and document all calls/jobs.
