Job summary

Southern Air NOLA is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Installer for an in-person role in New Orleans. You will install equipment per safety standards and manufacturer specs, document all work, and stay current with field technologies.

Required 1–5 years HVAC installation experience; HVAC degree or equivalent with certification; valid driver's license with clean MVR and ability to handle heavy equipment. Company offers uncapped pay potential, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing development.

• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have.
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation.
• Properly connect equipment.
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
