Job summary

Southern Air NOLA is seeking an HVAC Installer to join our in-person installation team. This role offers uncapped pay potential with a salary range of $75,000 to $150,000 per year, reflecting experience and performance.

You will install, document, and troubleshoot HVAC systems while maintaining high customer satisfaction and safety standards. The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of HVAC installation experience, an HVAC degree or equivalent certification, and a valid driver's license with a clean

• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing questions, concerns, or issues.
• Pre-measure job sites to properly prepare for installation.
• Properly connect equipment.
• Document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
