Job summary

Southern Air NOLA in Kenner, LA is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Installer to join our growing installation team. You will install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, manufacturer specs, and company standards.

We offer uncapped pay potential with hourly or piece rate, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) matching, training, and opportunities for advancement. A valid driver's license and 1–5 years of HVAC installation experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years HVAC installation experience required.
• HVAC degree or equivalent with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment per safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing questions, concerns, or issues.
• Pre-measure job sites to properly prepare for installation.
• Properly connect equipment and document all calls/jobs per company requirements.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to safety policies.
