Job summary

Southern Air Baton Rouge is hiring a self-motivated HVAC Installer to join our growing installation team. You will install HVAC equipment on site, follow safety requirements, and document all work for our records.

We offer uncapped pay potential, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training. 1–5 years of HVAC installation experience and a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR are required, with an HVAC degree or trade certification preferred. This in-person role is based in Baton Rouge, LA.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years HVAC installation experience required.
• HVAC degree or equivalent with certification from a tech/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing questions, concerns, or issues from the client.
• Pre-measure job sites to properly prepare for installation.
• Properly connect equipment.
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to company requirements.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
