Job summary

Trahan's Heating and Cooling is seeking a self-motivated individual for a full-time Customer Support role in Houma, LA. You will handle inbound calls, schedule estimates, and maintain records while ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth coordination with technicians.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years in call center or customer support, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with MS Office; Service Titan experience is a plus.

• 1–5 years of call center or customer support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls from customers.
• Schedule and manage customer estimates.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve full satisfaction of work provided.
• Manage customer and technician schedules.
• Renew and manage maintenance agreements.
• Build relationships with customers and provide top-level service and support.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer needs, requests, and tasks performed.
• Appropriately handle and de-escalate customer complaints and concerns.
