Job summary

Trahan's Heating and Cooling in Houma, LA is seeking a self-motivated, customer-focused individual to join our in-person Customer Support team. You will handle incoming calls, schedule estimates, and maintain records of customer needs and tasks performed.

We offer uncapped pay potential, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training. The position pays $16–$18 per hour and requires a valid driver's license and prior call center experience.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of call center or customer support experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Experience with MS Office products preferred.
• Experience with Service Titan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls from customers.
• Schedule and manage customer estimates.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve full satisfaction of work provided.
• Manage customer and technician schedules.
• Renew and manage maintenance agreements.
• Build relationships with customers and provide top-level service and support.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer needs, requests, and tasks performed.
• Appropriately handle and de-escalate customer complaints and concerns.
