Job summary

Dent Air Conditioning in Ridgeland, MS is seeking a self-motivated, customer-focused representative to join our growing team in a full-time, in-person role. You will handle inbound calls, schedule estimates, and coordinate between customers and technicians to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction.

Expect uncapped earning potential with hourly pay plus commissions. We offer medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance, disability and life insurance, a matching 401(k), paid holidays

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of call center or customer support experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Experience with MS Office products.
• Experience with Service Titan.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls from customers.
• Schedule and manage customer estimates.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve full satisfaction of work provided.
• Manage customer and technician schedules.
• Renew and manage maintenance agreements.
• Build relationships with customers and provide top-level service and support.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer needs, requests, and tasks performed.
• Appropriately handle and de-escalate customer complaints and concerns.
